Beetroot - 250

Jaggery - 50 (Change according to macros)

Ghee - 10grams

Cardamom

Roasted Cashew - 10 grams

Roasted Almonds - 10 grams

Method

Step 1

Steam the Beetroot.

Step 2

Grate the Beetroot once it cools down.

Step 3

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 4

Add grated beetroot, saute for - min.

Step 5

Add grated Jaggery and mix well.

Step 6

Cook well till Jaggery melts and evaporates.

Step 7

Add rosted nuts and cardamom powder and gently stir.
