Cooking oil-5 gm
Veggies-150 gm(grated beetroot,chopped bell pepper,grated carrot)
Chopped onion, tomato (Cal not counted)
)Saute chopped onions ,tomato in cooking oil.
)Add veggies and again saute it till veggies are little cooked.
)Add beaten eggs (Add salt ,pepper and turmeric pdr to the beaten eggs )and just scramble quickly to make bhurji.
)Serve with roti or just have it as evening snack or have it with bread in the breakfast.
