150gm Kale leaves

5gm olive oil

Method

Step 1

❒ Wash the Kale leaves thoroughly. Separate the leaves from the thick stem and cut them into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry them thoroughly.

Step 2

❒ Preheat the oven to °F.

Step 3

❒ Drizzle olive oil and salt and lay them evenly on the baking tray.

Step 4

❒ Bake until the edges turn brownish. Flip the leaves halfway through, about minutes.

Step 5

❒ Remove from the oven and let them cool down for - minutes. Sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy crispy Kale chips.
