Chicken boneless 70 gms
Mushroom 200 gms
Raw vegetables 50 gms
Onion, tomato 50 gms
Left over chicken coconut gravy 75 gms
Salt, pepper to taste
Butter 7 gms
Heat a pan. Add butter. Allow it to melt.
Sauté the chicken first, followed by veggies, onion tomatoes. Remove from the pan and keep it aside to cool
On the same pan, mow add mushroom, close the pan with a lid until the mushroom get cooked
Now mix all the above mentioned ingredients along with egg and chicken gravy.
Add salt, pepper and other local spices according to your taste
Pour all the mixture on a porcelain plate or a bowl and bake until cooked.
This can be a cooked on a hot tawa too.
