200 gm chicken breast, boiled shredded or diced • 2 ripe avocados, diced • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped • 50 gm Greek yogurt • 2 tablespoons lime juice • 1 clove garlic, minced • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: . Prepare the Dressing: • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt , lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. . Assemble the Salad: • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chopped cilantro. • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to combine, making sure everything is evenly coated with the dressing. . Serve: • Serve the avocado chicken salad on its own or over a bed of mixed greens or lettuce. • Enjoy immediately for the freshest flavors.
