5gm butter/oil/ghee
Cucumber,tomato,onion,parsley or coriander
Tahini or low calorie spread (I used tahini 2gm)
Salt and pepper
Add salt,to the slices and let it sit for -min Pat dry it with kitchen towel Air fry by adding some salt pepper/grill it on nonstick
Add the filling to burger bun and stuff with brinjal slices and your are ready to enjoy it
You can add cheese to it if you are not vegan and if it fits in your calorie
