Whey protein-1 scoop
Apple-50 g
Chia seeds-1 tbsp
Dry fruit- optional
Mix one scoop whey protein powder in water to form a thick slurry/ paste
In a pudding ramiken / bowl add chopped apple / grated apple
Pour whey paste on it , mix soaked chia seeds,( soak tbsp chia seeds in water till they swell- at least half an hour
Top with some dry fruits and nuts ( optional)
Keep in refrigerator for some time and enjoy!!
