Amla -1 small -25 g
Beet root-50 g
Carrot-50 g
Ginger- small piece
Black salt
Water
Clean and chop carrot , beet root and ginger ( remove skin if necessary) Clean and deseed Amla
Add chopped amla, beetroot, carrot, and ginger to a blender.
Add a dash of black salt .
Add water and blend well.
Strain the juice using a muslin cloth or sieve if smoother texture is preferred.
Drink fresh preferably, you can store it in glass jar in refrigerator for one day
