Step Boil potato with skin Step Add hot water in soya chunks grind soya chunks in a mixing bowl with coriander green chillies garlic and salt Step Mix smashed potato ( with skin ) and add soya mixture ,add salt, add tbsp corflour. Step shallow fry on tawa with gm olive oil your pattice will be ready. Step Boil water add salt .. once water is boiled add rice… cook rice till %. Step Take pan add gm olive oil add spring onions , add ginger garlic paste,soya sauce ,green chilli sauce , salt , add rice Check the seasonings… Your ultimate aloo soya pattice with fried rice is ready Bon appétit🍛
