Ingredients

Ridge Gourd: 600 gm, Potato: 600 gm, Poppy seeds: 10 gm, green chilli, ginger, cashew: 10 gm, oil: 50 gm, jeera(full), Kala jeera, salt

Method

Step 1

Make a paste of poppy seeds, green chilli, ginger, jeera and keep it aside. In a pan, heat some oil and add kala jeera as seasoning. Add sliced potato,ridge gourd, salt and turmeric powder then, cook over a high flame for a while. To this add the paste that you made earlier. Then mix nicely and stir cook on a medium flame for to minutes. Add a bit of zero calorie sweetner for a little sweetness. Now lower the flame and cook until the whole mix is cooked and Dried. It's ready.. Here the quantities that I have taken is for days ( times a day)
