Cauliflower,Aloo
Get Aloo and cauliflower cleaned and chop in to med to small sized pieces. Fry them with little oil and keep them aside. In the Kadai heat the remaining oil and add the whole spices(cinamon,cloves,cardamom,Sukhi mirchi and Tej patta). Once they are heated up add the paste of onion,ginger,garlic and the green chillies, that you would have made into a paste seperately . Add the pinch of the Jeera and cook this masala mix for a while. Once this masala is nicely cooked add Jeera, dhaniya, chilli, and a pinch of turmeric powder to it. cook this for a while and when the masala is already ready, add the cauliflower and the potatoes and cook this for sometime. After some time, add some water depending on the consistency of the gravy that you would prefer and cover it to let it slow cook for some time. Once it is almost ready, add a pinch of garam masala and this would be ready to serve. Aloo-Fulkofir Makha Makha Jhol is ready to entice your taste Buds🙂😀 approx Calories - Servings -
