Rolled oats 40 gm unsweetened almond milk 25 ml protein powder 1 scoop almonds 10 gms cacao nibs 8 grms walnuts 8 gms monk fruit juice 6 drops
cook the oats with enough water to make a semi liquid texture, not runny but enough to hold on to spoon. add the protein powder, sweetener and almond milk and mix well chop the dry fruits and sprinkle over the pudding. add the cacao nibs. Tastes best when cold
