265gm banana

20gm olive oil

10gm flax seed

10gm pumpkin seeds

Method

Step 1

Mix a pinch of baking powder and almond flour (dry ingredients)

Step 2

Ripe the bananas in oven

Step 3

Mash bananas and mix with eggs,olive oil (wet ingredients)

Step 4

Mix (dont whisk) dry and wet ingredients well with a spoon so no clumps remain

Step 5

Pour in a bread baking dish, top it with pumpkin and flax seeds

Step 6

Bake it for - minutes
