Chicken leg piece 1 Egg 1 Almonds 20gm Coconut milk 20ml Coconut Meat 25gm Oil 10gm Onion 25gm Ginger garlic paste 5ml Coriander powder Cumin powder Garlic cloves Poppy seed 5gm Sesame seeds 5gm Dry Red chillies
Grind to a paste Almonds blanched n skinned Large garlic cloves Poppy seeds Sesame seeds Dry red chillies ( spicy ones ) Grated fresh coconut Dash of water Method In oil, saute onions until pink. Add in ginger garlic paste n cook further min. Add in the spices n cook a min. Add chicken here if using n cook a bit. Remove n keep and add back once gravy is cooked. Add in the ground paste and blend well adding little water when needed so it doesn't stick to the pan. Cook for - min. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Now lower and simmer covered for - min. Stir in-between so it doesn't stick. Add in the tamarind paste n mix to combine. Add in the boiled eggs n coriander leaves. Serve with rice n salad ....
