Figs dried - 15gm

Almond- 5 gm

Chia seeds - 10gm

Raw Whey protein- 35gm

Water - as needed

Method

Step 1

Dried figs and chia overnight or else warm water until it’s Luke warm and soak chia seeds and figs for about minutes. Similarly, soak almonds as well and remove its outer covering.

Step 2

Add all the above ingredients in the mixer along with whey and churn it nicely! Voila it’s ready.
