Chicken Drumstick 150 gms Hung Curd 30 gms Lemon Juice 1 tspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (Red Chilli Powder - Kashmiri + Degi) Dhaniya Powder Jeera Powder Kali Mirchi Salt (dry spices as per your taste)
Wash the chicken drumstick and add cuts and rub little salt to it
Add all the Dry Spices, ginger garlic paste and lemon juive to the Curd and make a thick paste
Dip the chicken drumsticks into this paste and apply it all over and let it rest for good - hours
