Knead the wheat flour dough softer than the normal one as the poori inflates using the moisture in the dough . . Take a small ball of the dough and roll it of the thickness as shown in the picture. The rolled poori shouldn’t be too thin, else it will become very hard in the airfryer. (Most important) . Dust off all the dry flour from the poori . Preheat the airfryer at * celcius for minutes. . Place the poori in the airfryer basket and cook for mins at *C Please note- . The temperature and timing may vary as per your airfryer. I am using watts Inalsa Airfryer . It might also take a few tries before you get the puffed poori. I got it right at the third attempt . The taste and texture will be different from the traditional deep fried poori
