1. Chicken breast 250 grams
2. Cornflakes 40 grams
3. Oil 5 grams
4. 1 whole egg
5. Maida ( all purpose flour ) 15 grams
6. Salt
7. Oregano
8. Chilli flakes
Add chilly flakes, oregano, salt and maida ( all purpose flour ) to a mixing bowl. Mix all of them and taste this. Add more salt if needed.
Add an egg, & maida to this and whisk with a fork. Set this aside.
Rinse the chicken well and remove the skin if it’s there. Pat them dry. Cut popcorn size pieces. Do not make them very small.
Add the chicken and marinate it well. Place each chicken piece in the crushed powder of cornflakes and coat them well. Set aside for to mins.
Step- . Preheat oven at C for minutes. Place the chicken pieces in air-fryer after brushing little oil in air fryer basket. Bake them for minutes each side at C.
Once cooked, the oil begins to ooze out slightly from the chicken, this is when get the chicken out of the air fryer.
Step- . Enjoy as a starter or as a snack with your favorite sauce or a cup of masala tea.
