Ghee 5 gms for Dough
Oil 10 gms for brushing samosas & air fryer
Ajwain ( Carom Seeds )

For Samosa Dough- Mix defatted soya flour, maida, ghee, salt, ajwain and water to knead the dough. For Samosa Filling or stuffing- Put gms of oil in pan, then roast cumin seeds after that little bit of ginger, garam masala, salt as per taste, crushed coriander seeds, add chilli powder and dry mango powder, mashed potato & some coriander leaves. Stuffing process- Place dough on flat surface & make it round just like roti. After that cut it into two halves. Apply water on semi circle side & close it. Post that, fill it with the samosa filling and close the cone. Air fryer steps- . Pre heat the air fryer for minutes at C. . Place samosas in basket by keeping a space between each but make sure you coat it with oil. . Air fry it for mins & brush it on the other side after flipping it. .
