peanuts: 75 gm, besan:15 gm, oil:3 gm, garlic: crushed(2 pods), chilli powder 1 teaspoon, heeng: One pinch, finely chopped curry leaves(optional) for flavour,salt for taste.
Add besan and all the other masala powders, salt, crushed garlic, curry leaves in a container. Give it a good mix with some water. Add the raw peanuts and coat them in the mix. Let it rest for minutes. Airfry this for to minutes at degrees after brushing with very little oil on top. The peanuts are ready to eat.
