130 grams dried chickpeas (chhole), soaked overnight or for 8-10 hours

Drain the soaked chickpeas. In a blender or food processor add soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic cloves, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, baking powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, Salt, red chili powder.
Pulse the ingredients to form a coarse, grainy paste. Avoid over-blending to keep the texture. Make small balls.
Air fry them little oil. Cook for - minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
