Fry chopped potato and onion in ml oil. Cover lid for potato to cook Add chopped tomato and fry well. Add cumin powder,chilli powder ,crushed pepper and salt to taste,mix well Add eggs to it like you do it for sunny side up and sprinkle salt and pepper powder to it. Add chopped coriander and slitted chilli and cover the lid for egg to cook . Your delicious afghani omlette is ready😀
