1.channa dal 2.toor dal 3.urad dal 4.moong dal 5.rice

Method

Step 1

All of same proportion wash and soak overnight with tsp of fenugreek. I measured each ingredient of /cup. Grind it with red chilies, /cup of chopped coconut, cloves of garlic, leaves of curry leaves , tsp of cumin and required salt. No need to ferment instantly we can prepare dosa. Ferment it for best results. With this measurement it will come around dosa.
