Ingredients

1. Chicken (bone/boneless)- 250 grams

2.Onion

3.Ginger

4.Garlic

5.Green Chilli

6.Crushed Black Pepper

7.Salt

8.Turmeric

9. Tomatoes

Method

Step 1

Heat the pressure cooker at low temperature. . Add finely chopped onion to it and keep sautéing. Don’t get scared if the onion gets attached to the surface. Make sure the heat is low. . Add roughly chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies and tomato to it and keep sautéing. . Add salt and turmeric and cover the cooker for minutes . Now add the chicken and crushed black pepper . Add half cup water to it and pressure cooker for whistles. Let the chicken contribute some broth as well. ☺️ . The recipe is done. Serve hot as a soup, add pasta or noodles to make it high protein noodle soup, or enjoy with rice or roti.
