Method

Step 1

g flour is used to roll the fresh roti.

Step 2

g beetroot is grated just before the meal.

Step 3

Tendli sabji is made in simple onion, tomato, giner, garlic paste with other spices. Spices are used in moderation to avoid any stomach issues.

Step 4

Mint coriander Chutney is made. Are use this Chutney for couple of days.

Step 5

A bowl of fresh curd with pinch of salt and two pallets of Stevia is taken. (stevia is optional) Here is menu for lunch on busy/ lazy days to get you going for the day!
