5gm of Oilve oil
smear the oil oil on the wall of the microwave glass dish . break eggs and only pour the whites into the vessel. . Add scoops of whey protein . Add the fresh fruit and dry fruits that is sliced. . whip the mixture for form a fine thick slurry. . Microwave it for minutes . Remove the bowl from the microwave. wear gloves as the vessel will be hot! Tada....whey brownie is ready to eat it. have it immediately else it may become harder as it gets colder!!
