) Take milk in a pan and boil till it reduces to half. ) Take whey powder in a cup and add some milk to it to make a thin paste. ) Add the half paste to the thickened milk mixture. ) Add chopper nuts and cardamom powder and mix well and let it cool. ) take mango and blend it without adding water to it. ) now take it in a pan and cook for - mins on medium flame till it loses extra water and gets thick. ) Add the remaining half whey paste to the thickened mango pulp. ) Add chopper nuts and cardamom powder and mix well and let it cool to room temperature ) Fill the mango mixture in the mold and let it set for - mins. ) Now add the milk mixture slowly over it and put it in the freezer for the final setting. ) In - hrs your in Mango Rabri kulfi is ready, enjoy the Kulfi with flavour twist.
