Preparation

Cable Wide Grip Upright Row works the traps and the deltoids. Stand close to the pulley. Grasp cable bar with a wide overhand grip.

Method

Step 1

Exhale and pull the bar towards the neck by bending your arms and flexing the elbows, Allow wrists to flex as bar rises

Step 2

Hold for a second

Step 3

Inhale and lower the bar to its starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
