Preparation

Place a board on ground and keep your feet evenly spaced apart on the board.

Method

Step 1

Keep the edges off the ground and maintain balance

Step 2

Hold the position for 15 seconds or as long as is recommended

Step 3

Progress when able to catch a ball thrown from a partner or rebounded from the wall

Step 4

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions

Step 5
