Preparation

The benefits of torso rotational exercises include increased mobility and strengthened obliques. Let's check the steps: Stand straight with your legs apart. This is the starting position

Method

Step 1

Inhale and bring your hands together above the head

Step 2

Exhale and bend forward from the waist keeping the knees straight

Step 3

Inhale rotate your upper body to the left

Step 4

Continue inhaling and bend to the back

Step 5

Exhale and bend to the right

Step 6

Continue exhaling and bend forward

Step 7

Get back to the starting position

Step 8

This is one round

Step 9

Keep focusing on your breath and repeat the same movement starting from the right side

Step 10

Repeat it for the prescribed number of reps

Step 11
