Preparation

The Triangle Pose tones the muscles on the side of the trunk, the waist and the back of the legs, improves digestion, and helps to reduce waistline fat. Let's look at the steps: Stand straight with legs together. This is the starting position.

Method

Step 1

Step forward with your right leg, turn your left foot to 45 degrees

Step 2

Inhale, and stretch the arms sideways at the shoulder level so that they are in one straight line

Step 3

Exhale; bend to the left bringing the left hand down to the left foot and the right hand up

Step 4

Keep your knees straight and arms in a straight line

Step 5

Look up at the right hand in the final position and hold the position for 5 breaths

Step 6

Inhale, return to the upright position with the arms in a straight line

Step 7

Exhale, release the hands on the sides of your body and return to the starting position

Step 8

Repeat on the right side

Step 9
