Preparation

The Superman Reachout works the lower and upper back, shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles. Lie down on your stomach and place your toes and the abdomen firmly on the floor. Take a deep breath, lift your chest and keep your arms stretched out in the front of your head.

Method

Step 1

Now, draw your elbows behind while pinching the back

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Exhale and bring your arms forward to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
