Split Squats work on the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Start in a split leg position with right leg forward and left leg at the back.
Exhale and bend your left knee until it just about touches the floor
Push the right knee forward till it forms a right angle with the floor
Inhale and straighten your right leg
Return to the starting position
Complete this exercise for the recommended number of reps
Then, switch legs and repeat.
