Stand straight with your hands on your waist and feet less than shoulder width. Now, stand on the injured/affected leg by lifting the other leg up and try to maintain balance.
Aim for over 10 seconds without excessive movement at ankle or arms
You may Progress by closing eyes standing in a corner of a room or by catching an object thrown by someone
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
