Resistance Tube Back Rows work your upper back that includes the mid traps, rhomboids, and lats. Stand with feet slightly less than shoulder width apart. Bend your knees slightly. Place the resistance tube around the soles of your shoes. Position it at the middle of your shoes. Bend forward until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor (or slightly above).
Hold the band in both the hands, exhale and pull it straight back as far as you can
Hold it for a second
Inhale, slowly lower the band and extend your arms
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
