The Lever Shrug Plate Loaded works the Trapezius, Upper. Stand with feet shoulder width apart between lever handles. The lever handles should be below the height of your arms. Stand upright by extending hips and knees.
Now, holding the lever handles, exhale and shrug your shoulders by lifting them up as much as you can
Hold for a second
Inhale and release the shrugged shoulders by lowering them
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
