The Lever Seated Rear Delt Row (plate loaded) works your back and upper arms. Place the seat at a low position. Sit on the seat with your chest against the pad. Hold the handles in your hands with an overhand grip in front of you.
Pull the handles apart and bring the hands to the sides by keeping a slight bend in elbows
Return to the starting position by bringing the handles in front of you
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
