The Lever Parallel Grip Shoulder Press is an isolation exercise that targets the shoulders. Sit on the machine with your back resting on the back pad. Grasp the parallel lever handles on each side.
Press the lever until your arms are fully extended
Lower the lever
Return to the starting position
Repeat the process.
