Sit back on the seat. Grasp lever bars in each hand with an overhand grip. Hold the lever bars above your shoulders and slightly behind your neck. Keep your arms bent.
Now, exhale and push levers upward until arms are extended overhead
Hold for a second
Inhale and lower the levers to the starting position by bending your arms
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
