Front Dumbbell Raises primarily target the front of the shoulders, known as the anterior deltoid. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. Take a dumbbell in each hand. Hold the dumbbells in front of your thighs with an overhand grip, Keep your elbows straight or slightly bent.
Now, exhale and raise dumbbells forward and upward, until your arms are in-line with the shoulders
Hold for a second
Inhale and lower the dumbbells to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
