Dragon Flag primarily works your entire torso. Lie down on your back on a bench and leave your feet losely on the ground. Place your hands above your head and hold the edge of the bench above.
Now, exhale and lift your lower body up by fixing your neck and upper back on the surface of the bench
Now balance the entire lower body in the air using your upper back and hands and hold that position for as long as you can
Make sure the load of the body is never transferred to the neck area
Breathe normally
Then, inhale and bring your lower body down to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
