Lie down with knees bent and arms at the sides. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Engage trunk muscles to stiffen the spine. This is the starting position.
Now, lift your feet off the floor and hug your knees so your thighs are on your chest
Pause and slowly return to the starting position
Do this for the prescribed number of repetitions.
