A Cable Lying Fly primarily works the Pectoralis Major or the Chest. Lie on your back on a bench in the middle. Your body should be perpendicular to both pulleys. Grasp a low pulley stirrup attachment in each hand by extending arms to the sides, keep your arms slightly bent.
Now, exhale and bring the cable attachments together in a hugging motion by bringing your arms closer
Maintain the slight bend in your arms throughout the movement
Hold for a second
Inhale and return your arms to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
