Yogita has been my guiding light to achieve the current fitness, strength, confidence and overcoming my back pains. When a family friend recommended fittr, I was not very convinced, but decided to give it a shot. I am not even halfway through my goal yet, but I wish to express my sincere gratitude towards my coach - Ms. Yogita Patil. I have obese for as far as I can remember, but for the first time, I feel in control of my health. I honestly feel fitter, and have more energy. My relationship with food has improved drastically, and the diet plan my coach created for me was very well crafted and included everything- just quantified. She listened to my very demanding class and work schedule and created my workout plan accordingly. She has been kind, considerate and non judgemental and has truly helped me in gaining control of my body.
