Yogita’s guidance was helpful and practical. She suggested effective home workouts and made small, realistic changes to my existing diet for a better nutrition plan. Overall, it was a positive and useful experience.
For me diet & exercise was not a new concept. I Iack the consistency & dedication required for the weight loss & to get in shape. Yogita's weekly follow ups, encouragement made me stick to the program properly. in those 24 weeks I lost 8kgs & 10% of body fat. I have an old back injury & plus I joined the new job when I joined the program. Yogita gave me diet/exercise plans to suit my schedule, easy to follow. She is very patient & encouraging. I will highly recommend her as a mentor for your fitness journey.
I always dreaded diet plans and my experience with a gym previously wasn't great. I should say Yogita changed it all. Her exercise regimen was better suited to me and is showing better results. The diet plan needed only minor adjustments to what i was already eating. She was very patient and understanding of my schedule and wasn't judgemental when i couldn't follow the schedule to the dot. I have reduced about 8 kg in 24 weeks, quite a few cms around my waist, gained tons of confidence and quite a bit of physical strength and stamina. My BP medication is reduced and my cholesterol levels are normal. In summary, if you are looking for someone inspirational and motivating, don't look elsewhere!
