yogita has been extremely helpful. i was struggling with balancing my meals and planning my workouts, i did not have enough knowledge on the how to's. she patiently explained to me the nitty gritties of a balanced meal and a balanced workout, since then my strength has improved drastically. she also helped me stay motivated throughout, thank you Yogita!
I Enrolled with Yogita Patil a few weeks back and I highly recommend her for her fitness and diet plan . She understands the need of every client and gives the diet according to our daily eating habits and never felt like I was starving when on diet. She follow ups on regular weekly basis and give a guidance and tips to maintain it . She is a very passionate coach and feels that continuity is key for weight loss success . I have lost 4 kgs and lots of inches during my diet plan and continuing to do more exercises with diet . Thank you Yogita for your love and support for my journey.
I enrolled under Yogita just by checking out her Fittr profile and it turned out be one of the best decisions. She helped me understand what healthy eating means. Its been 6 months and I have reduced 8kgs by following her tips and plans. My strength has improved commendably through the workout plan she designed for me.
