I’ve been training with Coach Yogesh for the last three months, and it’s been an amazing journey so far. I’ve been working with Yogesh for the past 4 months, and I can confidently say that he has transformed not just how I work out and eat—but how I think about my health journey. From day one, Yogesh made it clear that the key to real change isn’t shortcuts—its doing the small things, every day. He pushed me to build routines, to stick to them even when I didn’t feel like it, on vacations, and that consistency has started to pay off in surprising ways. yogesh is a great trainer who is also passionate about teaching the basics of nutrition and metabolism. He motivates us and regularly checks whether we are on track. It was an overall good experience training under him. we fixed our diet and made good changes in our lifestyle. I would surely recommend him.
