I completed the 12-week plan with Coach Yogesh on Fittr. This was my first time following a structured exercise and meal plan, and I wasn’t sure if it would work. Yogesh listened well, adjusted the plan to my likes and dislikes, and clearly explained how the body works along with the importance of each food ingredient.
