Myself and my wife enrolled in FITTR for a 12 week partner transformation plan initially. To begin with we were a little skeptical as to how this will work but Yogesh from the first conversation gave us a lot of motivation and confidence. Yogesh not only guided us but also went the extra mile to give us the much needed awareness about exercise and nutrition. He was instrumental in changing our mindset about making life style changes. Even though we are much better than compared to where we started, we have gone off track a lot of time. But Yogesh never gave up and motivated us to get back on track. We signed up for an additional 12 weeks and I don't think we will leave him anytime soon... lol! We have long way to go in our fitness journey and the goal we wanted to achieve. But we are confident we can achieve it with Yogesh's continous support. Will recommend him to anyone anyway.
