My wife and I had a good idea about Fittr and how it works, but after a few months our diet was going up and down due to trips and a lot of eating outside. We were struggling to stay consistent with calories, and that’s when my wife and I decided to get a coach who could guide us and keep us accountable. That’s how we started working with Yogesh—and it turned out to be a great decision. Yogesh’s theoretical knowledge of how the body functions is phenomenal. He didn’t just tell us what to eat, but also explained *why*—why carbs and proteins matter, how the body breaks them down, and how energy flows inside us. He gave us a clear understanding of concepts like EATs, thermodynamics of how the body functions, and the role of glucose in energy conversion (how the body converts food into glucose, which then becomes the main fuel for our cells and muscles). These insights helped us understand nutrition at a deeper level instead of just following a diet blindly. What we really appreciated was his personal involvement. Yogesh sends daily updates, motivational quotes, and checks in for status, which keeps us on our toes. His approach is not just about diet and exercise but about building discipline and awareness of how our body works. Overall, the last three months have been a very positive journey. We’re back to enjoying a structured calorific diet, getting into routine again, and most importantly, learning the science behind it. Working with Yogesh has been both educational and motivating—and we’re grateful for his guidance.
