I recently enrolled with Yogesh as my fitness coach on Fittr and had an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness – both nutrition and training – and always took the time to explain the “why” behind everything. Our weekly check-ins never felt rushed; he gave me sufficient time, patiently answered all my questions, and was always available on chat for any queries in between. What I appreciated most was his passion for fitness and the way he focused on educating me, not just giving me a plan. Every call felt like a mini fitness class where I learned something new. His coaching style is supportive, practical, and very approachable. Getting Yogesh as your coach is honestly one of the best decisions anyone can make, hands down. When I rejoin, I’d be more than happy to continue with him, and I won’t think twice before recommending Yogesh to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable coach.
I have a very knowledgeable and great training with Yogesh sir. He is extremely reachable & guides in a very proactive way. His approach to educate while resolving queries is a great way to achieve goals in a most practical way. His diet plans were also flexible & tailored to my lifestyle without impacting my day to day activities. I would highly recommend Yogesh sir for training & education.
