Awesome journey with sir guided me all ways and help me achiving my goal..
My FITTR journey started this year in January with Yogesh and it has been 3 months now. With his approach I never felt like I am on a different diet, no pressure from his end. pure motivation and science behind everything he says. I am 5 Kg's down in 3 months and more inch loss around waist and stomach. With my frequent travelling and remote working I am still able to incorporate the diet and workout and have seen results. I highly recommend him.
Transformation Start date : 19th Nov Period : 13 weeks Starting Weight : 94.3 kgs Current Weight : 83.8 kgs Lost 5-6 inches across chest, stomach and waistline. Yogesh is an exceptionally good coach. His approach towards health is holistic. When I started with him, he first insisted on detailing every aspect of my eating habit, right to minute detail. He explained to us the importance of weight training vs. other forms of training, While I had good endurance & core strength even to start with (from my COVID HIIT workout days), he really brought in seriousness around workouts for me in the simplest possible manner. When I explained him the challenges of a busy work life and lack of time to go to Gym (I travel 10 days a month, have 2 young kids and a working spouse living as a nuclear family), he understood this and just pushed me to get two Dumbbells, a few other weights and take out exactly 40-45 mins in the day. And Volia, started losing almost 1 kg every week with 4-5 liters of water intake, working out 4-5 times a week at home and removing all the junk and fried food from my diet. It was just so simple thanks to Coach Yogesh, not even a day of pressure. My diet remained almost the same, followed Coach Yogesh's fundamentals and 3 months later I'm 10-11 kgs lighter and super agile. I continue to follow the principles taught by him and down to 82kgs now. Will always be thankful to you, Coach Yogesh!
Yogesh is a fantastic coach. He brought a very holistic approach to well being and health.. he details out the fundamentals of doing /not doing a diet/exercise. this helps one to understand and take care of their health better. I reached out to him after I had a slip disc issue and he has been quite considerate of my condition while still making me lose weight and build muscle. he has my highest level of recommendation to everyone. he will keep you motivated and ensure you are on track to achieve what you want.
