I’ve had a great experience training with Yogesh. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always to the point. His vast experience really shows in the way he guides and motivates you throughout your fitness journey. One thing I really appreciate about Yogesh is his availability — he’s always there to answer questions or clarify any doubts. He’s also very flexible when it comes to diet plans. Instead of giving a one-size-fits-all routine, he first takes the time to understand your likes and dislikes, then designs a diet that actually fits your lifestyle. Overall, Yogesh is a dedicated and professional trainer who genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve learned a lot from him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I’ve been working with Yogesh for the past 4 months, and I can confidently say that he has transformed not just how I work out and eat—but how I think about my health journey. From day one, Yogesh made it clear that the key to real change isn’t shortcuts—its doing the small things, every day. He pushed me to build routines, to stick to them even when I didn’t feel like it, on vacations, and that consistency has started to pay off in surprising ways. Rather than just giving me a diet plan and workout schedule, he explained why certain foods affect the body the way they do, how weight loss really works, and what the mechanics are behind strength gains and fat loss. He didn’t assume I already knew anything. Instead, he walked me through fundamentals—nutrition, exercise form, rest.. I’ve lost 5 kgs ,and more importantly, I feel healthier and stronger. My energy levels are more stable. My sleep score is better. Most most important, I started adding protein in every meal - Major change. I highly recommend Yogesh if you are looking for changing at life style to a healthier choice.
