Enrolling with Yashi was the best decision that I made for my health. I was amazed by Yashi’s transformation and that’s when I decided to enrol under her. She designed my diet chart and workout to suit my lifestyle. She understands that it is challenging for me to maintain my diets on weekends so she help me manage my diet accordingly. Even though I am on different time zone, she responds to my messages whenever I reach out to her. In 5 weeks I have lost 3kg that too without sticking to my diets on weekends. I started gaining weight during the postpartum phase and gained over 30 kg in the last 2.5 years. Started journey with Coach Yashi and lost 3 kg in the last 4 weeks. She is already a mentor for my husband from last 4months and got good results. I tried several weight-loss methods, including crash diets and different types of fasting. While they gave me temporary results, I quickly regained the weight after stopping them. Eventually, I reached almost 105 kg, and my menstrual cycle was severely affected due to obesity. I realized that I needed to follow a plan based on science rather than fad methods, and that's when I found FITTR. I felt it was the right platform for my weight-loss journey. I enrolled with Yashi Gupta in May 2026. It has been 4 weeks since I started working with her, and I can already see the numbers on the scale moving in the right direction. Considering my weight and overall physique, Yashi designed a personalized diet plan and, more importantly, a workout plan that is safe and suitable for someone who is more than 30 kg overweight. I have lost 3 kg in the last 4 weeks, and I plan to continue following the program for long-term, sustainable results. Yashi has excellent knowledge of weight-loss science and provides practical dietary suggestions based on individual health conditions. She is also extremely patient, which is an important quality when helping people transform their health and lifestyle.
I started my journey with Yashi Ma’am in mid-April. Initially, she asked me to simply monitor and share what I was eating for a couple of days. Based on my regular eating habits and my request to avoid complicated or fancy meals, she designed a diet plan that perfectly suited my lifestyle. Since I work long hours (10 AM to 9 PM), I wanted something practical and easy to follow, and she understood that very well. Although I started in April, I struggled with consistency in the beginning. I did lose some weight, but weekend outings, sweets, and eating outside would often bring the weight back. However, for the past one month, I have been consistent with the diet, and I’m happy to say that I have lost 3 kg, which is a huge achievement for me. A big part of this success is because of Yashi Ma’am’s constant support and guidance. There were times when I felt demotivated, but she was always there to encourage me and push me to do my best. She is always available for calls and promptly responds to messages. She closely monitors my daily food intake and regularly checks on my health and progress. Her personalized approach, continuous motivation, and genuine care have made this journey much easier and more sustainable. I’m truly grateful for her support and highly recommend Yashi Ma’am to anyone looking for a coach who is understanding, approachable, and committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Yashi is a very good fitness trainer who genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. She is always supportive, motivating, and helps me stay on track with my fitness goals. Her knowledge of nutrition is excellent, and she gives helpful advice and meal ideas that are easy to follow. Yashi regularly checks on my progress and encourages me to keep going, even on difficult days. I’m very thankful for her guidance and support in my fitness journey.
