It has been 4 months since I joined under Yash's mentorship. During this time, he has completely changed my perception about good health, physical workout, and eating habits. Not only does he provide you with training & nutrition plans, but he also keeps a regular check on you about our day to day activities. He tailor makes everything for you according to our lifestyle preferences, which results in sustainable and flexible regimen to follow.
