Yash is a great coach, easy to comunicate with and with knowledge and experiemce to help you reach your goals! at the time i started with him my goal was specially to lose weight since i was unhappy with my body at the time. since then in only 2 and half months i had already lost around 8 kg just by following strictly the nutrition plan and of course the training plan cause both are super important i felt the difference, in my clothes. in my energy levels, in mind and general If you are just starting and you have motivation to keep going Yash will help you always
