Before joining Vishnu Sir, I had worked with a few coaches outside of Fittr. However, their approach was mostly limited to sharing a generic diet and workout plan. There was no proper follow-up, no personal tracking, and no accountability. Because of that, it became very difficult for me to sustain the diet, and I struggled to stay consistent. When I started with Vishnu Sir, everything changed. At that time, I weighed 90 kg. With his structured workout programming, detailed diet planning, and regular weekly check-ins, I have successfully reduced my weight to 78.6 kg. Being a vegetarian, I was very confused about choosing the right foods and meeting my protein requirements. Vishnu Sir educated me about balanced vegetarian nutrition, portion control, and sustainable eating habits. His continuous monitoring, corrections, and motivation helped me stay disciplined.
